Board of Directors

10-15 Transit is a regional transit service that serves Region 15 & Region 17 – Appanoose, Davis, Jefferson, Keokuk, Lucas, Mahaska, Monroe, Van Buren, Wapello and Wayne Counties. All services are open to the general public.

10-15 Transit is governed by the Board of Directors from the 10 county Boards of Supervisors. Board meetings are generally held the fourth Thursday of the month at the Transit Office, located at 612 South Madison, Ottumwa, Iowa.

The meetings will normally begin at 10:15 and generally adjourn by or before 11:15. Meeting dates and times are always subject to change, so please call the office for verification at 1-800-227-6390 or in Ottumwa at 641-683-2024.
