SMS Messaging Terms
1. Passengers will receive a SMS message 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Please replay “CANCEL” if you would like to cancel your appointment.
2. The SMS message service can be canceled at any time. Text “STOP” in response to the SMS message. After “STOP” has been sent, a SMS message will be sent to confirm the passenger has been unsubscribed. SMS messages will no longer be sent for 10-15 Transit. Please contact 10-15 Transit at 641-683-2024 if needing to subscribe to the SMS messages.
3. If experiencing issues with any messages, reply with keyword “HELP” for assistance. Please call 10-15 Transit directly at 641-683-2024for further assistance, Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Messages and data rates may apply for messages sent by 10-15 Transit or sent to 10-15 Transit by passengers. You will receive a SMS message for each appointment made with 10-15 Transit. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
